Scope of services
The service covers access to individual Skills 3.0 courses, purchased separately and available in a self-paced format, with no cohorts and no fixed edition dates.
Course access period
Access to a purchased course is granted for an indefinite period (lifetime access), separately for each purchased course. We guarantee access for one year from the date of purchase. After the guarantee period access remains active, and we reserve the right to end it only for reasons arising from the formal or technical operation of the platform, which may change - for example withdrawing a course from the offer, technology changes or the platform ceasing operation. We will announce the end of access at least 30 days in advance by e-mail to the address linked to the account. We may update the content of a purchased course and we aim to do so regularly, but we do not commit to any specific frequency or scope of updates.
Contract and account
You enter the contract by buying a course. An account is created from your email address, and the first sign-in happens through a link sent to that address or through external sign-in (Google or GitHub). A login session protects access to your account.
Payments and invoices
Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices are shown in PLN, EUR or USD and depend on the course purchased. An invoice is optional - we issue one when you provide a tax id (NIP) at checkout.
Right of withdrawal
A consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase. By buying a course you request that the supply of the digital content begin before that period ends and you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal expires the moment you start the course, that is when you first open a lesson. Until then you keep the full right of withdrawal.
