How long is a course and what level is it?
Courses vary in length and difficulty. The shortest take a single sitting, and the longest take a few days at most.
Do I pay once or is it a subscription?
You pay once for the course you pick. There is no subscription and no recurring charges.
Will I get an invoice?
An invoice is optional. We issue one when you provide a tax id (NIP) at checkout.
How long do I keep access?
Access to a course you bought does not expire - you come back to it anytime and learn at your own pace. We formally guarantee access for at least one year from purchase. If the formal or technical operation of the platform were ever to change this, we will notify you by e-mail at least 30 days in advance. We also aim to update purchased courses as regularly as we can.
Can I withdraw from a purchase?
As a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. The right expires the moment you start the course, that is when you first open a lesson. The terms describe the details.
